Prices are accurate as at 01 April 2008 and are subject to airfare and accommodation availability and increases as they occur.
Bookings for this adventure close 3 months prior to departure (eg. if the commencement date is 16 April 2009, the closure date will be 16 January 2009). If minimum participant numbers are not met, this event may be transferred to another date up to 2 months prior to the original departure date.
The deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

From here just follow the step by step instructions in preparation for this adventure. Members have access to the online individualized training program as well as other important information about this adventure.
Full payment must be received on or before 2 months prior to departure (eg. if the commencement date is 16 April 2009, final payment must be received by 16 February 2009).
Payment Terms:
The non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure (eg. if the commencement date is 16 April 2009, final payment must be received by 16 February 2009).
Payments received after the due date will incurr a penalty fee of $150.
Fee variation:
prices subject to increases in travel, airfares and accommodation
in addition, should the designated airline carrier impose a fuel surcharge or should a country of departure or entry impose a surcharge or tax subsequent to fixing the tour fee, the client agrees to pay Our Spirit an amount equal to such surcharge or tax prior to departure.
trek packages are reviewed annually on 1 April and are subject to change accordingly.
Cancellation:
Cancellation by client is required in writing and:
if more than 60 days prior to departure, a refund of the tour less 25% will be issued within 14 days.
if less than 60 days but more than 45 days prior to departure date, a refund of the tour fee less 50% will be issued within 14 days.
if 45 days or less prior to departure date, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling of the Kokoda Track Tour:
if minimum participation requirements are not met, Our Spirit will offer alternate dates without penalty.
